TOMBALL, TEXAS, DECEMBER 18TH 2023 –Through a 1031-exchange, AMARCO has acquired a 17,472 square-foot industrial building located at 27703 Calvert Road, Tomball, TX 77377. The subject property was acquired from an owner-user who will be shutting down his business and delivering the facility vacant. The overall functionality of the facility caters to multiple tenant profiles, which caters to one of our primary acquisition criteria’s. We are currently interviewing leasing brokers and the building will promptly hit the market following some minor improvements.
