AMARCO ACQUIRES 20,520 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN TEXAS CITY, TEXAS

TEXAS CITY, TEXAS, SEPTEMBER  11th 2024 – AMAR Companies, Inc. (“AMARCO”) is excited to announce the acquisition of its first industrial property in Galveston County, located at 950-1050 N Pine Road. Constructed between 2000 and 2001, this 4.35-acre property features seven industrial buildings with a total of 20,520 square feet. The site’s versatile design provides tenants with dedicated spaces within a well-integrated business park, where each building combines office and warehouse areas to accommodate diverse operational needs.
